Position: Account Executive
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 + Bonus/Commission
Total Compensation: $150K+ Uncapped

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive for our Commercial Flooring division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the commercial flooring sector, understanding their needs, and providing tailored flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring market.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction with flooring solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on flooring options including carpet, resilient, and ceramic materials.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/experience is preferred.
