Established (100+ Years) Georgia Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Civil Litigation Practice in Macon, GA
An established firm based in Macon, Georgia with over 100 years in business is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with general liability, commercial disputes, and/or insurance defense representing clients through all phases of litigation in both state and federal court.
Offer:
Salary range: $100,000-$130,000, contingent on experience
Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with employer match
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in civil litigation
Trial preparation and motion practice experience preferred
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Georgia Bar membership in good standing
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake to resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and argue motions
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
