Audit Supervisor
Position Overview
The Audit Supervisor will oversee audit operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The role involves leading audit teams, conducting financial analysis, and managing risk assessment processes to enhance the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support during audits.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to assess risk management and compliance.
- Review audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Experience with internal controls and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
