Automation Supervisor

Position Overview
The Automation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the automation systems and processes within the oil field operations. This role aims to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of automated systems, while leading a team of technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of automation technicians and engineers in the oil field operations.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all automation activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate automation solutions into operational processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on automation equipment and software usage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, preferably in the oil field industry.
  • Proficient in Allen Bradley automation systems and software.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of automation technologies.
