Overview
We are seeking a skilled Building Project Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative building designs while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for various building projects.
• Create and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Curtainwall, Window
• Conduct site analysis and evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural systems and sustainability practices.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster effective client communication and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance design development and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Building Design and familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and code compliance.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and building information modeling (BIM).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough site analysis and facilitate design development.
• Knowledge of structural systems and interior design principles is a plus.
