Civil Project Manager, PE - Land Development

Location: Cincinnati OH
Salary: $85k-$110k + benefits

Position Overview
We are are a multi-disciplinary design firm that has been taking a holistic approach to architectural and construction collaboration for over 100 years of success. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager/PE to oversee land development projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage land development projects including infrastructure design, construction document for roads, storm drainage systems, etc.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
Produce drawings/sketches to be used by drafters
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain schedules and budgets.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Act as liaison with other agencies, client point of contact duties

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in civil project management, particularly in land development.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and land development processes.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or on track to become registered PE required
Familiarity with codes, regulations, blueprints, and schematics related to civil engineering.
