Position Overview
The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for overseeing concrete construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. This role involves managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise concrete construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor crews to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Review blueprints and project plans to assess project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee high standards of work and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective resource allocation.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage project financials to optimize profitability.
• Lead and mentor site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Resolve on-site issues and challenges through effective problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and techniques.
• Experience in project management and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
• Experience with cost estimation and contract management in construction projects.
