Compliance & Administration Manager

Position Overview
The Compliance & Administration Manager will oversee the organization's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while ensuring efficient administration of operations. This role is crucial in managing risk, maintaining records, and supporting various compliance initiatives to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal regulations and standards.
  • Manage entity formation processes and maintain accurate records for all company entities.
  • Oversee the administration of insurance bonds and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with real estate teams to manage legal filings and documentation related to properties.
  • Conduct audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Manage financial documentation related to insurance certificates and bonds.
  • Assist in the mortgage process by ensuring all required documents are completed and compliant.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance and administrative procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and manage communications regarding compliance matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compliance management or a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts related to entity formation, insurance, and real estate.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing records and documentation.
  • Ability to conduct audits and compliance assessments effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial documentation and processes related to insurance and bonds.
