Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee tax compliance, preparation, planning, and provide valuable tax advice to a range of clients. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee tax compliance, preparation, and planning for clients
Provide tax advisory services, staying up-to-date with evolving tax laws and regulations
Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables
Develop and implement innovative tax strategies for individual and business clients
Review and prepare complex tax returns, including trusts and partnerships
Collaborate with clients to gather financial data and provide strategic tax guidance
Utilize advanced tax software (e.g., Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite) to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification required
5+ years of experience in tax compliance, preparation, and planning
Expertise in current tax laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
Experience with trust tax preparation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite
Experience in providing tax advisory for diverse industries
