Division Manager - Mechanical/Plumbing
Location: Bozeman, MT (client is open to covering full relocation expenses)
Salary: $160K-$200K (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
The Division Manager - Mechanical/Plumbing will oversee and lead the mechanical and plumbing division, ensuring the successful execution of projects, optimizing operational efficiency, and cultivating strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety within the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire mechanical/plumbing division, including operational strategy, financial performance, and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in team management and technical execution within the mechanical industry
  • Lead the mechanical and plumbing division, managing all aspects of project execution and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division goals and objectives.
  • Oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, project managers, and field personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in estimating and budgeting processes for projects.
  • Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to enhance project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical construction and plumbing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
  • Experience in estimating, mechanical design, or MEP systems is a plus.
