Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman/Drafter specializing in plumbing to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plumbing drawings and layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed plumbing drawings and layouts using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
Conduct take-offs and quantity estimations for plumbing materials.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
Ensure all plumbing designs comply with local codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in drafting or a related field.
Proven experience as a draftsman/drafter, preferably in plumbing or MEP.
Proficiency in CAD software and drafting tools.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and take-off processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
