Electrical Superintendent

Position Overview
The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical construction projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of construction.
Prepare and maintain project documentation using software tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
Assist in the development of project proposals and bids, including estimating costs using HeavyBid.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certification or degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
