ERP Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Epicor to enhance our ERP systems, improve processes, and support our business operations. The role requires a strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and implement efficient solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize ERP processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Support the implementation and upgrade of Epicor ERP systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Develop and maintain custom reports using SSRS and BAQ to meet business needs.
Create and manage BPM workflows to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Design and develop dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the integration of third-party applications with the ERP system using REST API and C#.
Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role, specifically with Epicor.
Strong understanding of SSRS, BAQ, BPM, and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with integrations and REST API concepts.
Experience with C#, .NET, and SQL is a plus.
Knowledge of implementation and upgrade processes for ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
