Position Overview
The Fire Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of fire service department, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating service delivery to meet customer needs effectively. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining documentation related to fire alarm systems and service calls. 

We are looking for someone who can process proposals, send them to clients, and assist with any questions that the clients may have. This role is mainly focused around Fire Alarms, but we do interact with other fire systems. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of fire service programs and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule service calls and inspections to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate test logs and documentation for fire alarm systems and related services.
• Prepare and manage work orders to track service requests and completion statuses.
• Develop and deliver proposals for service contracts and upgrades to clients.
• Generate reports on service performance, response times, and compliance with safety standards.
• Train and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire service management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a focus on scheduling and logistics.
• Proficient in maintaining test logs and work orders.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and proposals for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
