FP&A MANAGER

Position Overview
The Manager of FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, driving strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and financial forecasting. This role is critical in supporting the company's financial health and long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting activities.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the financial modeling for M&A activities and business development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational goals.
Utilize tools such as NetSuite, Oracle Hyperion, and Tableau Software for reporting and analysis.
Manage and mentor the FP&A team to enhance their skills and drive performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in financial software applications, including NetSuite and Oracle Hyperion.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
Experience with Tableau Software for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of financial metrics such as ROAS, Open to Buy, and margin planning.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience with Snowflake
Must have Retail/Online/Ecommerce experience
