Gratitude is the Main Course: CyberCoders Gives Thanks

By The CyberCoders Team - November 24th, 2015
Inside CyberCoders

This Thanksgiving, as our tables fill with family, friends and good food, there's much to be thankful for.

We spoke with a few CyberCoders employees who expressed gratitude for many things, inside the office and out.

Danielle Scherf, Corporate Trainer:

"I’m most thankful for my other half, my family, friends and animals.  I love that the holiday’s bring out the best in people, and can’t wait to spend time with those that I am closest to. I am also extremely thankful that I work with amazing people every day. My work at CyberCoders has become very gratifying, and I’m so happy that I have a training team that is like a mini family unit. You can’t ask for much more."

Jennifer Brink, Human Resources Manager:

"I’m thankful for so many things it’s hard to keep it short, but alas I shall try. Top of the Thankful List: working at a company that is growing in a career that challenges me and with people who make work fun. I’m thankful that I’m given more opportunities than many could ever dream of and that I’m healthy, happy and able to enjoy those opportunities. I’m thankful that although my life is far from perfect (that would be boring) it is full of love. I’m thankful that tomorrow is another day with a new list of things to be thankful for so life will never be without surprises."

Candice Ramirez, Office Manager:

"I am thankful for a great support system! When going through hard times you realize people’s true intentions and I can say I am truly blessed with a great circle of family and friends. Additionally, CyberCoders really is like my second family, and I am beyond thankful for that!"

Sarah Sakalys, Executive Recruiter:

"In this past year of my life so much has changed which has given me so many things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Moving to California, away from my friends and family, has been the most eye opening, independent, leap of faith thing I have yet to do and I have loved every minute of  it. I have to say, first and foremost, that I am most thankful to my parents. Somehow I was given the two most understanding, supportive and loving people in the world. My little sister, Amy, who has turned into my biggest role model. I am thankful for my friends and family that keep me grounded and remind me that I always have someone to rely on. Lastly I am so thankful to the training team and my manager here at CyberCoders: Sarah, Dani, Eric, and Gino who took a chance when they hired me and taught me the fundamentals of being a successful Recruiter. CyberCoders has given me a sense of identity that I didn’t know existed and because of this opportunity at this amazing company I have found myself to be more independent and confident than I ever thought possible. I really could go on and on, but we would be here forever! Happy Thanksgiving!"

Tiffany Nguyen, Executive Recruiter

"This year I am thankful for being able to come on board with CyberCoders and to be able to have the chance at the amazing opportunities here. I'm also thankful for my family and friends for their constant love and support in everything that I do."
