1. Tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?

I recently placed a Processing Supervisor at one of the top banks in Texas.  The client was originally looking for an Audit Specialist and my candidate was more than qualified for the role.  The interview went GREAT, my client realize how qualified my candidate was and they ended up offering her the Processing Supervisor role that had just opened up the day of her interview.  They gave her a GREAT offer and both my client and my candidate are extremely happy!     

2. What drives you to go above and beyond?

The GREAT opportunities at CyberCoders.  I take pride in providing the best service.  Nothing feels better than finding not only the perfect job for my candidates but the perfect candidates for my clients.
