Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled JD Edwards (JDE) E1 Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, leveraging their expertise in JD Edwards E1 to drive system improvements and support business processes. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring JDE applications, and ensuring seamless integration with various systems.

You will also work with RPA, determining automation solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into JDE E1 technical specifications.
Configure and customize JD Edwards applications to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform system testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance.
Support EDI processes and troubleshoot integration issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to JDE configurations and business processes.
Lead the design and implementation of JDE Orchestrations and RPA solutions using UiPath and/or MS Power Automate.
Train end-users on JDE functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years as a techno-functional analyst in an enterprise environment.
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE), E1 including configuration, support and integration.
Experience with JDE Orchestrator.
Experience with EDI processes and integrations.
Solid SQL experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
Experience with RPA tools is a huge plus
