Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lateral Attorney with a robust book of business to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in various practice areas and a proven track record of client development to help drive our firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within various legal practice areas.
Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation, real estate, estate planning, and corporate law matters.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve client satisfaction.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely legal counsel.

Qualifications

Jurisdictional license to practice law as an Attorney.
Proven track record of building and maintaining a book of business.
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Experience in real estate, estate planning, and/or corporate law.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
