Position Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience, ideally with a background in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a litigation caseload, contributing to high-stakes matters, and working closely with clients and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents
  • Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop litigation strategies
  • Advise clients on legal and economic aspects of disputes
  • Participate in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at a regional or national law firm
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated initiative, maturity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
