Litigation Attorney
Location: Sarasota, FL (or surrounding areas) 
Salary: $100K-$200K base + 10% origination bonus + other bonuses 

Candidates must be willing to be onsite in Sarasota, FL!


Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of Litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various litigation matters, particularly in real estate and construction law. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent trial management skills and the ability to provide comprehensive legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings regarding real estate and construction law
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Manage all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through trial
  • Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal options and strategies
  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to build effective case strategies
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation practices

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil, construction or real estate litigation 
  • Strong understanding of trial court procedures and litigation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
  • Willing to go in trial management and representing clients during trials
