Maintenance Controller

Position Overview
The Maintenance Controller is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing maintenance records, and facilitating communication between maintenance teams and management to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate all maintenance activities for the fleet to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Review and approve maintenance work orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between maintenance personnel and management, providing updates on maintenance status and addressing any concerns that arise.
Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
Ensure that all maintenance operations are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant aviation standards.

Qualifications

Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is required.
Experience with Part 135 or Part 121 operations is required.
Inspection Authorization (IA) certification is a plus.
Familiarity with maintenance tracking software such as Camp or Avtrak is advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate maintenance schedules and personnel.
