Maintenance Supervisor - First Shift

Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. This role is critical in supporting production goals and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify issues and prioritize repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve maintenance processes and reduce waste.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safety standards related to food production.
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles and their application in maintenance management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including first shift, and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
