Maintenance Technician II / III

Position Overview
Based in south Irving, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician II / III to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs.
Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs as required.
Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and automation systems.
Support HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Keep work areas organized and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial equipment or similar.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
Proven experience in preventive maintenance and safety compliance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
