Maintenance Technician II / III

Position Overview
Based in south Irving, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician II / III to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs.
  • Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs as required.
  • Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and automation systems.
  • Support HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
  • Keep work areas organized and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial equipment or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance and safety compliance procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
