Job Salary: $30/hr - $34/hr + OT
Requirements: 5+ years of maintenance experience focused on automated food processing equipment

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure that our machinery and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in PLC controls, automation, and mechanical troubleshooting, along with the ability to read electrical schematics and work with motors. This role is essential for maintaining the overall functionality and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues as they arise.
Read and interpret electrical schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
Maintain and repair PLC controls and related systems.
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
Assist in the installation and assembly of new machinery and equipment.
Document maintenance activities and maintain detailed records of repairs and service performed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of PLC controls and automation systems.
Experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Familiarity with motors and their maintenance requirements.
Certification in HVAC, facility maintenance, or food safety is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
