Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of systems and equipment within the facility to ensure optimal functionality and safety. This role requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, mechanical systems, and HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and schedules on building systems.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during maintenance tasks.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring availability for scheduled repairs.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely to perform repairs and installations.
Collaborate with facilities management to address any significant maintenance issues or emergencies.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing setting
Proficiency with Siemens PLCs and electrical troubleshooting
Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Background in the fastener industry is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
