Job Salary: $120K- $135K + 15% bonus
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in materials management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving capital equipment and aftermarket operations. Skilled in managing complex supply chains across multiple locations, with a strategic knowledge for demand forecasting and procurement.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain/Materials Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet production and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet production demands.
Implement Kanban and Pull Systems to optimize inventory control and reduce waste
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to improve quality and delivery performance.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations
Implement and manage PFEP to ensure proper inventory management and material quantities.
Lead SIOP efforts to align production needs with inventory availability across product lines.
Oversee warehousing operations to ensure accurate tracking and timely material availability.
Monitor supplier metrics (on-time delivery, lead times, cost efficiency) to drive improvements.
Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth logistics and quality adherence.
Drive VAVE implementation to optimize material value and design alignment
Work with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure material availability and compliance.
Coordinate with finance to align procurement strategies with budget and cost-saving goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience with PFEP and Kanban systems is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
