Title: Paralegal

We are a water resources management manufacturing company that serves the entire valley. Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Manage and organize case files and documentation
Assist in filing legal documents with appropriate courts and regulatory agencies
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines
Support attorneys during trials and litigation processes
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties

Qualifications

Associates degree or better in a Paralegal Studies or a related field
Certification as a Paralegal is preferred
Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and/or litigation processes required
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
