Patient Experience Specialist

Position Overview
The Patient Experience Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall experience of patients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. This role involves working closely with patients to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with medical devices and care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding their care and medical devices.
  • Provide education and guidance on the use of medical devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement in the patient experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and cGMP regulations in all patient interactions and product communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in patient care or support, particularly in Lymphedema management or use of medical devices.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including ISO and FDA standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot product issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Certifications such as PTA, COTA, or LVN are a plus.
