Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $100K-$150K (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims and will work closely with clients to ensure their legal rights are protected.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to accidents, product liability, and medical malpractice claims.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strategies for cases.
Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Prepare for and attend trial as necessary, presenting evidence and arguments on behalf of clients.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant case law.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of AZ.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or related field.
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
