The Pre-Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing bids and estimates for pre-construction projects on multi-family, commercial, hotel construction projects. The Estimator will need to be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications, and generate take-offs and budgets for the assigned projects.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and managing the pre-construction estimating process
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from a variety of documents
- Develop project budgets and estimates for new and existing projects
- Develop bid packages and solicit bids from subcontractors
- Compare bids and make recommendations for selection and award of the subcontracts
- Update and maintain historical pricing information and contact databases
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals to the client
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Construction Estimating
- Experience with multi-family, commercial, and hotel construction a plus
- Proficient with Tilt-Ups and Structural Steel Framing a plus
- Proficient in the use of estimating and project management software
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
