Probate Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Probate Litigation Attorney to represent clients in probate disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning and trust administration, and will be responsible for advocating for clients in court while providing comprehensive legal support throughout the probate process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings and disputes
  • Conduct legal research related to probate litigation and estate planning
  • Prepare legal documents and filings for court
  • Manage case files and documentation effectively
  • Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal strategies
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation when appropriate
  • Prepare for and participate in trials, including discovery and witness preparation
  • Advocate for clients' interests in legal proceedings
Qualifications
  • Jurisdictional license to practice law
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate litigation or related fields
  • Strong understanding of estate planning and trust administration
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Proficient in case management and client representation
  • Experience with mediation and dispute resolution strategies
  • Strong advocacy skills and a commitment to client service
