Probate Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Probate Litigation Attorney to represent clients in probate disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning and trust administration, and will be responsible for advocating for clients in court while providing comprehensive legal support throughout the probate process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in probate court proceedings and disputes
Conduct legal research related to probate litigation and estate planning
Prepare legal documents and filings for court
Manage case files and documentation effectively
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal strategies
Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation when appropriate
Prepare for and participate in trials, including discovery and witness preparation
Advocate for clients' interests in legal proceedings

Qualifications

Jurisdictional license to practice law
JD degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate litigation or related fields
Strong understanding of estate planning and trust administration
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Proficient in case management and client representation
Experience with mediation and dispute resolution strategies
Strong advocacy skills and a commitment to client service
