We are a small but mighty company, well established in our industry, building out new B2B SaaS technology with a start-up feel!  Our company is accelerating and we want someone who is a self starter and driven to join us as we grow!

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner/Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, marketing and Sales to deliver innovative SaaS solutions.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users and market research to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed product specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Product Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.
  • Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience with data analysis and using data to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
