Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop water and wastewater systems and infrastructure.
Wastewater flow development and hydraulics analysis.
Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments related to water and wastewater projects.
Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD.
Utility coordination.
Pipeline routing alternatives design and analysis.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in water and wastewater design.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Erosion/sedimentation control and tree protection plans
Strong understanding of water distribution systems is a plus.
