What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish
- Overseeing staff, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, conducting inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Reporting to Director of Construction and stakeholders for all RI project updates

What You Need for this Position

We are seeking a Construction Project Executive with at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry:
- The ideal candidate will possess substantial management, operations, and lean implementation skills
- Proficiency in software such as JD Edwards, Textura, P6, and BIM 360
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Previous experience with projects over $30 million
- Responsible for business development to grow the company's client portfolio
- Experience with RI public schools is preferred
