Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of Commercial Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Construction industry, particularly in the Commercial sector. Experience in the Healthcare, Medical, Historic, Aviation, Community, Mixed-Use, and Procore sectors would be a plus. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Position Overview: The Project Manager will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial planning to closeout. This includes developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, managing teams of subcontractors and vendors, delivering project presentations, and more.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee teams of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Deliver project presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Construction industry, with an emphasis on Commercial projects.
  • Experience in the Healthcare, Medical, Historic, Aviation, Community, Mixed-Use, and Procore sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
