Position Overview
We provide complete subterranean and above electrical and communication system construction. Being one of the biggest private power utility electrical contractors in the US, we have a team of highly qualified project and construction management leaders, seasoned field construction workers, and an impressive fleet of equipment capable of constructing electrical substations, communication systems, and transmission and distribution power lines from coast to coast. We oversee every aspect of the project, from scheduling and logistics to construction and quality control. EPC contracts for major power projects including all of our services are part of our experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM scheduling techniques.
Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenditures.
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Oversee the performance of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project completion.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience with electrical infrastructure construction projects and utility construction.
Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and CPM scheduling tools.
