Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards and implement effective quality management systems to uphold product integrity and consumer safety.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for food manufacturing processes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP, and other relevant food safety regulations.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and safety.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using FMEA techniques.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and food safety practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards, including FSSC 22000 and GMP.
Experience with quality systems management and auditing practices.
Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
