Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our processes, overseeing audits, and driving continuous improvement activities to maintain the highest quality standards in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Oversee the documentation of quality processes and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Manage and investigate CAPAs, FMEAs, and NCRs to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize root cause analysis techniques such as RCA, CI, Fishbone, and Lean methodologies to resolve quality concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in metals or automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with quality audits.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Brazing processes and related quality standards.
• Experience in managing CAPAs, FMEAs, and NCRs effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• CQE certification and ISO Certification are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
