RPA Developer Analyst - Strong UIPath (preferred) RPA skills with excellent Business Analysis skills
Salary - up to $135,000 depending on experience with 7 1/2% bonus
This role is onsite for the first six months to build stakeholder relationships and learn our ERP and business. After that time, a hybrid workweek can be put into place.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong business analysis skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging UiPath to automate processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
This position is a UiPath RPA Developer with strong business analysis skills, as this individual will own the entire development lifecycle of the RPA automation for our ERP system. Working closely with business leaders, understanding their manual processes and building automated solutions.
