Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Architect  to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and ensure project success with various luxury high-rise residential and hotel projects. This role will have the potential for firm ownership in the future. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design process, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively as a Project Manager.
  • Utilize Revit software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and staff, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to incorporate best practices into project workflows.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in architectural design/ project management
  • Extensive experience with high-rise/ high density projects 
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Architect license
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural design software
