Job Title: Senior Electrical Professional Engineer
Location: Honolulu, HI. 
Salary: $100 - 150k + generous bonuses!
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.  Advanced knowledge of Healthcare electrical design.  Requires a minimum 2 years of Electrical E-4 or 6+ years of experience with an emphasis on healthcare facilities design.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Professional Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position plays a key role in driving innovation and efficiency in our projects and will require strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems and components according to project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead project teams in the planning and execution of electrical engineering projects.
  • Perform circuit design, power systems analysis, and control systems engineering.
  • Conduct system verification and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for engineering projects.
  • Utilize software tools such as Matlab and Simulink for system simulations and analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with a focus on system design and implementation.
  • Experience with circuit design, power systems, and control systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers and signal processing.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading engineering teams.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and technical documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and communication systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
