What You Will Be Doing 

Your primary responsibility will be to own both strategy and execution for our safety product.  Great opportunity to build out an AI product: 

  • Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives thoughtfully.
  • Convert market and customer insights into precise product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely feature and enhancement delivery, balancing scope, quality, and dependencies.
  • Perform comprehensive market and user research to understand the evolving retail crime landscape and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Launch new products or features, ensuring commercial success in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Create and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with our mission to protect people and profit.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product post-launch.
  • Collect feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product.
  • Share product plans, milestones, and outcomes with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business value, go-to-market strategies, progress, and challenges.

 What's Essential: 

  • Minimum of 4 yrs of Software Product Management with strong strategy and execution skills
  • 2+ yrs experience with a product integrated with Salesforce
  • Technically proficient. Partners closely with engineering and can understand and discuss architectural concepts
  • Must be customer obsessed and passionate about developing solutions to exceed their needs and expectations

Bonus points for: 

  • Prior experience with a startup
  • Developing products with AI/ML
  • Experience with safety, risk or compliance software products
