We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing commercial GC construction team. Established in 2001 but more recently have grown into one of the largest commercial general contractors in Utah! We have several projects lined up in the next few years and need someone who shares our idea that planning and communication are key in making sure our projects get done on time and within budget. Responsibilities

- Assume total responsibility for a quality-built project while maintaining schedule and budget
- Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget
- Inspect projects under construction on a regular basis to ensure the work conforms to plans, specifications, budget, schedule, quality, codes, regulations, and initiate any adjustment of working procedures
- Manage and review project Submittals from subcontractors and submit to the appropriate design consultants

Requirements

- 5+ years in a Project Management role
- 5+ years in commercial construction
- Experience managing projects between $10M - $75M
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
