HYBRID Senior Tax Accountant

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax accounting and a strong understanding of corporate and partnership tax regulations. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies for our high-net-worth clients and real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for S-Corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, focusing on corporate tax and real estate.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations in all tax-related matters.
• Assist in the management of client relationships and maintain effective communication with clients regarding tax strategies and compliance.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations, and proactively advise clients on potential impacts.
• Support the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations for S-Corps, partnerships, and real estate.
• Proficiency in GAAP and corporate tax regulations.
• Experience with high-net-worth client accounting is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
