Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and components according to project requirements.
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure system functionality.
Perform testing and quality assurance on electrical systems to meet compliance standards.
Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized electrical solutions.
Provide training and support to junior engineers and technical staff.
Utilize software tools such as ETAP and Bluebeam for system design and documentation.
Ensure adherence to NEC, IEC, and safety standards during all phases of project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
Strong understanding of power systems and electrical design principles.
Proficiency in diagnostics and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as NEC and IEC.
Experience with ETAP software and other engineering tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
