We are a midsize CPA firm Orange County with about 80 employees and growing. We are a full service firm that offers tax, accounting, audit, business consulting, wealth management, and fiduciary consulting services. We have a hybrid to loose remote model and are growing into a top regional firm in the So Cal area. We pride ourselves with providing a strong work life balance both in and outside of busy seasons. We are looking for the next set of tax leaders in both our business tax and trust and estate tax team. Both opportunities are for individuals looking to become managers in the next 1-3 years. You will be handing a wide range of clients and industries including real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, construction, and more.

What You Need for this Position

3+ years of experience in Public Tax and Accounting (individual, corporate, and partnerships).
- CPA or EA (preferred)
- Extensive Experience with staff in planning, performing, and completing Tax engagements.
- Develop professional relationships with clients.
- Passionate about developing associates and senior associates
- Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially individual and fiduciary)
- Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management
