Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Senior to join our team, offering an exceptional work-life balance. This role is pivotal in managing tax returns for clients across various entities, including C-Corps, S-Corps, and partnerships, while providing high-quality service to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and various business entities, including 1040, 1120, and 1120S forms.
Provide expert advice and guidance on tax issues and planning strategies to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax-related services.
Conduct research on tax regulations and stay updated on changes in tax laws that may affect clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Mentor and train junior staff on tax processes and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
Proficient in preparing and reviewing tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and individual clients.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including recent changes and updates.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
