Thermal Sales Engineer

Position Overview
The Thermal Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical expertise in the areas of thermal equipment and systems. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting heavy and commercial steam solutions, boilers, and waste heat recovery systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in thermal equipment sales.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the selection and application of steam generation and boiler systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the industrial sector.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, specifically in thermal or heavy equipment industries.
  • Strong understanding of steam generation, boilers, and waste heat recovery systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and sales presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
