Position Overview

We are seeking a Trademark Prosecution Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling trademark filings, portfolio management, and litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a firm that prioritizes strategic thinking and innovative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage trademark prosecution matters, including filings, office action responses, and portfolio strategy.
Represent clients in trademark litigation and enforcement actions.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
Provide counsel to clients on trademark protection and brand strategy.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal counsel.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Virginia.
Minimum two years of experience in trademark prosecution and litigation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
