Position Overview

We are seeking a Trademark Prosecution Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling trademark filings, portfolio management, and litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a firm that prioritizes strategic thinking and innovative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trademark prosecution matters, including filings, office action responses, and portfolio strategy.
  • Represent clients in trademark litigation and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
  • Provide counsel to clients on trademark protection and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal counsel.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Virginia.
  • Minimum two years of experience in trademark prosecution and litigation.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
